TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025 By (1) Leonard Cheruiyot, (2) Juliana Chelangat Ngeny and (3) Benard Kamoing, all of P.O. Box 455–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Cheruto Mosonik alias Teressia Cheruto Mosonik, who died at Kapsimotwa Sub-location, on 21st October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Daniel Birech Kerendei, of P.O. Box 50, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapletgoi w/o Kibirech arap Kerendei alias Tapletgoi w/o Chemiron arap Kerendei, who died at Ndubai, on 1st July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
