TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By (1) Codogni Rosalia and (2) Codogni Rosanna, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Benini Loretta, who died on 6th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By (1) Kanze Chigunda Wajira, (2) Kakala Mwalungo, (3) Bahati Charo Kalu, (4) Mwenda Kirao Chengo and (5) Thabu Kaingu Baya, all of P.O. Box 29–80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Gona Bilahi, who died on 13th November, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
