TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2025 By Irene Wanini Wanja, of P.O. Box 19, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wanja Kariithi, who died at Mangu, on 9th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E404 OF 2025 By George Omayio Rasugu, of P.O. Box 18750–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Gesare Ombiro, who died at Huruma Health Community, on 12th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
