TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By (1) Eunice Wanjiru Karanja and (2) Felister Wamboi Karanja, of P.O. Box 124, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Karanja Irungu, who died at Miti Kubwa, Bahati, on 10th November, 2016. CAUSE NO. E412 OF 2025 By Grace Katambi Ibiiri, of P.O. Box 2656, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Morogo Tololwo, who died at Kaptembwo, on 13th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
