TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Mumali Mulaku and (2) Peter Martin Mulaku, both P.O. Box 56, Buhuyi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulaku Orari Shitabule alias Mulaku Orari Shitabuli alias Mulaku Sitabule, who died at Elukongo Sub-location, on 10th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By William Wilberforce Wandera, of P.O. Box 67, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Onyimbo Ogango, who died at Sigalame Sub-location, on 17th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2025 By (1) Francis O. Mulefu, (2) Jacob Juma and (3) Christopher Wesonga Ojwolo, all of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mulefu Ojwolo alias Mulefu Ochwolo, who died at Busia, on 12th June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
