Box 24, Lubao in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Andakalu Majoni, who died at Lubao Sub-location, on 23rd September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E405 OF 2025 By Christopher Ashiono Ashihundu, of P.O. Box 1471, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Shiundu Ashiono alias Shihundu Ashiono, who died at Shimanyiro, on 21st July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E761 OF 2025 By (1) Teresina Isoso Shing’ola and (2) Elizabeth Mukabana Wichenje, both of P.O. Box 577, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Luvohwa Shikobe, who died at Khayega, on 24th August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
