Box 456–50202, Kisiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Khaemba Mwanja alias Simon Khaemba, who died at Tuuti, on 13th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2025 By (1) Dismas Wamatuba Wekesa and (2) Cyprian Wamalwa Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Namarome Wasike alias Margaret Namarome, who died at Soysambu, on 12th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2025 By Dickson Wanyonyi Wabwile, of P.O. Box 1036–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wabwile Sakula, who died at Kibuke, on 29th August, 1968. CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2025 By (1) Patrick Wafula Baraza, (2) Patrick Wafula Tome and (3) Kevin Simiyu Tome, all of P.O. Box 41, Soy in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Baraza Tome Wamuta alias Baraza Tome, (2) Isaiah Wekesa and (3) Tome Siundu, who died on (1) 15th January, 1998, (2) 18th April, 1967 and (3) 9th May, 1975, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
