TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2025 By Moses Wanjusi Kennedy, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakwa Namasaka Namungu, who died at Bitobo, on 5th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2025 By David Nyongesa Kwata, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Kwata Marango alias Jotham Kwata, who died on 25th January, 1992. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025 By Grace Chebitini Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Wafula Toili, who died at Ndengelwa, on 14th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
