TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2025 By Haron Kagwi Wangeci, of P.O. Box 2–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Collins Macharia Kagwi, who died on 21st April, 2025. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Mbugua Njenga and (2) Agnes Wanja Njenga, both of P.O. Box 888–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Ikangu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
