TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Njeri Njau, (2) Grace Wanjiku Njau and (3) Simon Ndung’u, all of P.O. Box 126, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njau Kinyanjui, who died on 25th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025 By Moses Mungai Njunge, of P.O. Box 23066–00604, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Kiyo Muigai, who died on 5th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Ngendo Ngugi and (2) Martin Murimi Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 64–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngugi Kahura, who died on 1st February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E319 OF 2025 (1) Charles Kamande Kago and (2) James Karanja Kagoh, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kago Njoroge, who died on 24th March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
