TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025 By Lawrence Kagume Wanyika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanyika Kagume, who died on 15th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025 By (1) Sara Njeri Maina and (2) Rodney Mburu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 2194–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Mwangi Mburu alias Mburu George Mwangi, who died at MP. Shah. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
