E5 OF 2025 By Jane Njeri Muthee, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muthee Gitau, who died at Thika Hospital in Kenya, on 1st August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025 By Fredrick Nburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wanjiku Mbugua, who died at Theta, on 28th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
