E104 OF 2024 By Njeri Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Kanyiri, who died at Kaguku, on 30th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025 By John Wainaina Mwaura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Kimunyu, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, 6th June, 1984. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2025 By Florence Wambui Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanja Mwangi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, 8th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
