TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2025 By (1) Anne Nyawira Matu and (2) Chris Riunga Matu, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Miriam Wamwari Matu, who died at Thigi Sub-location, on 1st January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
