Box 54894–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndirangu Gatere alias Ndirangu Gatere, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2025 By (1) Nyiha Maina, (2) Agnes Ngima Maina and (3) George Maingi Maina, all of P.O. Box 46, Kiganjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Mutuku, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2022. THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th October, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
