TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th October, 2025 CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By Samuel Mucangi John, of P.O. Box 244–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njue Jacob Nthiga, who died at Kirigi Sub-location, on 4th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By Aloise Marigu Kiura, of P.O. Box 732–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Kiura Nthiga, who died at Kibugu Sub-location, on 15th Februart, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
