TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By Imelda Karendi Mburugu, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutai, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 1974. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By Zablon Kithurima Gituma, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margret Thurwa M’Rikura, who died at Kiirua, on 8th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
