TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By (1) Desmond Mbondo Mang’oka and (2) Mark Nzomo Mang’oka, both of P.O. Box 50609–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mang’oka Mwengi Mbondo alias Joseph Mwengi Mbondo, who died on 16th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2025 By Elizabeth Katiwa Maseka, of P.O. Box 25, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Kamanthe Maseka, who died on 22nd Septemder, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
