TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By (1) Zakaria Maithya Sila, (2) Daniel Kyule Kasee, (3) Julius Maithya Musili and (4) Onesmus Musyoki Yumbya, all of P.O. Box 16–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kasila Maithya, who died at Kitui, on 12th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2025 By Vilita Mailu Mathuva, of P.O. Box 490–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mathuva Kavo, who died at Katyethoka Sub-location, on 4th February, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
