TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By Michelle Atieno, of P.O. Box 7280–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Anyango Owuor, who died on 25th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By (1) Martha Wanyara Maina and (2) Jacqueline Mumbi Maina, both of P.O. Box 70705–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwagiru Maina, who died on 31st May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
