TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By Samuel Kinyongu Lasoi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tengen ene Kinyango, who died at Inkiito, on 5th December, 2016. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By (1) Sind Ama Oldula and (2) Alvin Lempe Wilson, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Oldula Parkire, who died at Nkama, on 9th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
