TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Jackline Nyambura Ndungi and (2) Mineh Wanjiku Ndongi, the deceased’s daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Wanjiru Ndungi, who died at Al-Amin Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By (1) Kemeti Seneu and (2) Noonkipa Seneu, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saneu ole Ntetia Shompa, who died at Ilmarba, on 15th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
