E103 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Simiyu Wanyonyi and (2) Brian Wanyonyi Simiyu, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wairimu Nguyo, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2025 By Patroniba Kidwoli Kwadiba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Juma Kidwoli, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 8th July, 1999. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By Rose Mabera Ocharo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon M. Nyakeruma, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
