TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By Satoti ole Sarambashi, of P.O. Box 1–20504, Nairegie Enkare in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sempeyian Kulangash alias Sampeiyan ene Kulangash alias Esther Sampeyian alias Esther Sharambash, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 20th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By (1) Wambui ene Nkoyo and (2) Teresia Naserian Nkoyo, both of P.O. Box 4, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Valentine Resiato Nkoyo, who died at Nottingham, UK, on 26th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
