TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025 By Joshua Nalyanya Timona, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timona Wepukhulu Wamako, who died at Kwanza, Maridadi, on 3rd August, 2012. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2025 By Peter Levi Muchina, of P.O. Box 2244, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Wainaina, who died at Baraton Sub-location, on 15th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
