TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2025 By (1) Patricia Ogutu Okwirry, (2) Pascal Ojwang Okwiri and (3) Millicent Awino Okwiri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okwirry Odera alias Peter Okwiry Odera, who died on 29th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2025 By Rose Atieno Okoth, of P.O. Box 62, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Onyango Ochola alias Onyango Chula, who died at Mur Mulanga, on 18th May, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
