TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2025 By Maurice George Ochieng Miruka, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Mruka Anyiko alias Boaz Miruka Anyiko alias Boaz Miruka A. Anyiko alias Miruka Anyiko, who died at Nyaguda, on 15th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
