TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2025 By Charles Owing Obadoh, of P.O. Box 749, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexanda Obado alias Obado s/o Owuor, who died on 14th April, 1985. CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2025 By Samuel Misuku Juma, of P.O. Box 774, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awino Omollo alias Awino s/o Omolo, who died on 14th October, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
