TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025 By Julius Onyiego Omariba, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pacifica Omariba Masagate, who died on 24th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E342 OF 2025 By (1) John Nyasoko Tendeka and (2) Simion Mochere Tendeka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Arasa Tendeka and (2) Nyangweso Tendeka, who died on 10th February, 1984 and (2) 1st January, 2012, respectively. CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2025 By Denis Gichaba Nyamasege, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamasege Omae alias Patrck Nyamasege Omae, who died on 4th February, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
