TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By (1) Peter K. Mbuga, (2) Thomas Mbuga, (3) Josephine Nyaboke, (4) Yunes K. Onyiego, (5) Roseline Kwamboka, (6) Zachary M. Mbuga, (7) Sophia Moraa Mbuga, (8) Florence Amayo (9) Everline K. Ongeri and (9) Jane Nyaingo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuga Ogweno, who died at Nyambiri, on 4th November, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
