TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Bagaka Nyaberi and (2) Dennis Elijah Ogot Nyaberi, both of P.O. Box 900, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Nyaberi Makoyo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By Andrew Nyabuto Mogaka, of P.O. Box 1–40211, Kenyenya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Mogaka Oichoe alias Mogaka Giteya, who died at Boochi, Borabu Location, on 5th December, 1995. THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th October, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
