TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By (1) Ignatius Chege Mwangi and (2) Annah Njoki Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 200–40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Mwangi Waweru, who died on 26th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By Ibrahim Omondi Huko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Huko Olewe alias Nahashon Olewe Mware, who died on 20th July, 1990. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By Nokokwa ole Punti, of P.O. Box 1, Sare, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Leparan ole Punti, who at died at Ololchani Location, on 30th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
