TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By Rebecca Mwikali Mulwa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Ngina Mulwa, who died on 27th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By (1) Jackson Mramba Katana, and (2) Kadzo Kahindi Mwanyale, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Mbaruku Masha, who died on 29th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
