TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2024 By (1) Rashid Mwamure Thoya and (2) Anderson Mwamure Mwatela, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamure Toya Mwatela, who died on 6th November, 1992. THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th October, 2025 CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025 By (1) Katherine Mwikali Muthuka and (2) Ambrose Muli Kilonzo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vaccaro Ignazio, who died on 1st June, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
