TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By (1) Lucia Njoki Maina and (2) Stephen Njane Munyiri, both of P.O. Box 29178–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Munyiri Njane, who died at Kiserian, on 12th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By (1) Rahab Njeri Wanyika and (2) Fracia Wamuhu Nyika, both of P.O. Box 317, Ngong Hill in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Nyambura Wanyika alias Nyambura Wanyika, who died at Kibiko “A”, Kibiko Sub-location, on 3rd April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
