TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Boniface Munywoki Kakunya and (2) Benard Mutinda Ndolo, both of P.O. Box 22985–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngutwa Mulili, who died at Mbiuni Sub-location, on 13th July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
