TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025 By (1) Kanusu Kithome, (2) Ngumu Kithome, (3) Muthini Kithome and (4) Mutete Kithome, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithome Mulwa, who died at CGTR Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Kathoki Wambua and (2) Josephine Kanini Wambua, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mulandi Kitonga, who died at Kikumini, on 27th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
