TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025 By Lucy Muthoni Wamaitha, of P.O. Box 52–50106, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Masheti, who died on 13th May, 2025. CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2025 By Everlyne Nekesa Inguyesi, of P.O. Box 160–50201, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Orata Chimoyi alias Justo Oponyo, who died on 15th July, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
