TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025 By Tobias Okeyo Oselu, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Otieno Oselu, who died on 15th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025 By Mary Anyango Omwaya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Baya Omwaya, who died at Mayenya, on 1st April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2025 By Richard Ouma Omolo, of P.O. Box 2104–40611, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omolo Abuom alias Omolo Abuom, who died on 9th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
