TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025 By (1) George Okoth Otieno and (2) Rose Adhiambo Olang’o Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 37, Nango in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ongado, who died at Nyaguda, Bondo, on 16th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
