TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By (1) Kiprono Ngeno Robert and (2) Richard Ngeno, both of P.O. Box 320, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapsabei w/o Chepyoset alias Christina Chepkurui Chepyoset, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025 By (1) Zedy Chepkoech Langat, (2) Betty Chepkorir Cheruiyot, (3) Paul Rogony and (4) Gideon Rono, all of P.O. Box 39, Mogogosiek in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James A. Sang alias James Kiprono Sang, who died at Cheptingting Sub-location, on 22nd April, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
