CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Kiptum Misoi and (2) Alice Jepkemboi Kibos, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Kobilo Misoi, who died at Kamelil, on 12th December, 2019. 9th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By (1) Isaac Cheruiyot and (2) Nicholas Kiprono Cheruiyot, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Chesiny Cheruiyot, who died at Kapsowar Hospital in Kenya, on 31st May, 2019.
