E62 OF 2025 By William Kipserem Kibiwot, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapilo Cherotich Kipiwat, who died at Kapcherop, on 2nd September, 1992. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2025 By Thomas Kipchumba Kaitany, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkaitany Kipkomegei, who died at Kapkonga Sub-location, on 28th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By Helena Jemutai Cheruiyot, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkeitany Chepkurgat alias Kipkurgat Chepkeitany, who died at Chelingwa, on 1st January, 1984. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By Mary Jeruto John, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkeitany Kipkerio alias Chepkeitany Kerio, who died at Kipsoen Sub-location, on 1st May, 2003. E74 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Chebet Minjirwa and (2) William Kiptoo Chebet, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Minjirwa, who died at Katalel Sub-location, on 10th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Jane Jelagat Kurgat, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnaba Kurgat Kibat, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
