TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By Mwanzia Mutua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Munyoki alias Mutua Musyoki, who died at Mariakani, on 6th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Jumwa Hinzano Ngala, (2) Dama Karisa Baya and (3) Bendera Kea, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Baya Nyasi, who died at Mariakani, on 20th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
