TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Njeri Mutiso and (2) Jane Nancy Wangare Muchai, both of P.O. Box 871–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Wambui Kaniu alias Wangui Kaniu, who died at Thika, on 9th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025 By (1) Samwel Ng’ang’a Mwangi and (2) Veronicah Wangari Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 405, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nganga Karanja, who died at Mukindu, on 31st October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
