TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By Lydia Wambui Mukui, of P.O. Box 1107, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benina Waruguru Muriuki, who died at Comrade Nursing, on 11th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By (1) Phylis Wamuyu Kahiga and (2) Joseph Kinyua Waweru, both of P.O. Box 319, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Waweru Gakunju, who died at Kutus Town, on 4th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
