TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By (1) Sabadiah Mwangi and (2) James Kimingi, both of P.O. Box 42, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ishumael Kimingi alias Ishmael Kimingi Kiaruri, who died at Kirwara, on 7th June, 1985. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By Ciciry Guthii Njogu, of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Njogu Laban Kaburia, who died at K.N.H., on 15th February, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
