Box 224, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbula Mumo, who died at Kakumini, on 7th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2025 By Mbulwa Mutunga, of P.O. Box 7–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mutie Mulavu, who died on 7th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025 By Francis Musyoka Kioko, of P.O. Box 12, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Kalondu Munyoki alias Tabitha K. Munyoki, who died at Kavoloni Sub-location, on 4th April, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
