TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th October, 2025 CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024 By Okeno Tom Inyundo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Inyundo Matukho alias Inyundo Matukho, who died on 15th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025 By Feabi Awiti Oteng’o, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Omboko Otengo alias Aggrey Omboko Joseph Oteng’o, who died on 12th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2025 By (1) Manuel Obwong Mukhoma and (2) Francis Gotia Mudimba, both of P.O. Box 71, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obwong’o Okelo Godia, who died at Mukhuwa Sub-location, on 28th August, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
