TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2024 By Glaryce Akinyi Auma, of P.O. Box 236, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Opang Onyango alias Opang Onyango, who died at Central Sakwa Location, on 23rd March, 2004. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Ochieng Obenge, (2) Erick Omondi Obenge, (3) Denis Odhiambo Obenge and (4) Serefina Maende Oloo, the deceased’s sons and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Obenge Ojuka, who died at Barkowino, on 21st November, 1996. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Collins Juma Asewe and (2) Sarah Anyango Asewe, the deceased’s step-son and co-wife, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Prisca Okumu Asewe, who died at Ndori, on 1st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
